The Orere War Memorial Hall is located at 289 Orere Point Road. This is by the turn-off to Orere Point at the intersection of Kawakawa-Orere Road and Orere-Matingarahi Road, and next to the primary school. This facility is administered by the Orere Point community through an Incorporated Society - Orere War Memorial Hall Inc., which acknowledges the assistance provided by Auckland Council in returning the day-to-day operation of the hall to the community in 2015. We also acknowledge the support of the Franklin Local Board throughout this process.

For an accurate floor plan of the hall, click HERE. Included is a drawn-to-scale table that can be used to plan a table layout if you are wanting to use the hall for a function. Just print the plan and cut some pieces of paper the size of the table. You can then work out a suitable table arrangement to best suit your needs.

The hall can be booked for a flat rate of $16.50 / hour. A cleaning fee of $60.00 is applicable, and a bond may be required. Please check when making a booking enquiry. Where taking a regular booking as opposed to a one-off, the cleaning fee will not be applied to every session.
